    [size=45]Yesterday, Tuesday, the United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development announced the launch of the first financial electronic application in Iraq related to charitable and developmental humanitarian work.[/size]
    [size=45]The head of the organization, Ahmed Musharraf Al-Hiti, said in a speech during the conference launching the first financial electronic platform in Iraq, “We are meeting today to launch the first financial electronic application related to humanitarian, charitable and development work in Iraq, which is the “e-donate application.”[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Hiti added, "This application is a qualitative leap in humanitarian work and keeps pace with development, speed of response, and strengthening the charitable work system in Iraq."[/size]
    [size=45]And he pointed out that “Iraq’s history, since the dawn of humanity, is full of its past and present, and the generosity and fraternity of its people in extending a helping hand and assistance to brother, friend and neighbor, supporting afflicted and developing countries, and helping the needy. And help the needy among orphans, widows, the elderly and the needy.[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Hiti stated, "Our organization, since its founding in 2003, has been providing assistance and contributing to building modern Iraq. Its work was in various fields, relief, health, protection, education, and environmental health."[/size]
    [size=45]He stressed, “Hundreds of public benefit projects were presented with the support of the government and the international and Arab community over the past years, as the number of beneficiaries exceeded one million annually, especially during the major humanitarian crisis since 2014.”[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Hiti added, "After declaring final victory over the sabotage factions, the organization began to assist in the reconstruction of Iraq and the stabilization program, with the support of the international and Arab community."[/size]
    [size=45]And he continues, “The organization, after stability, has been presenting large development projects, including the Iraq sacrifice project – the Future Children’s Cancer Hospital project – the national mobile hospital project in Iraq.”[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Hiti noted "other social and humanitarian campaigns to help those affected in the region, the latest of which was the devastating earthquake that struck Syria and Turkey."[/size]
    [size=45]And he talked about "launching the Green Iraq Project initiative to confront the climatic changes that have cast a shadow over the past years, which directly affected the life of the citizen."[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Hiti went on to say, "The need came from here to launch this electronic application to support these development projects through financial and economic institutions, companies, well-off people, and the citizen, each according to his ability, in order to provide the best services to the citizen for a better future and health."[/size]
    [size=45]On a related note, the Governor of the Central Bank, Ali Al-Alaq, said in his speech, “The Central Bank meets the trend towards green Iraq, which is also what the Central Bank is focusing on at the present time through its democratic initiatives for projects related to the green economy and climate change.”[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Alaq added, "There are large allocations to support and finance projects related to this aspect."[/size]
    [size=45]He pointed out, "The Central Bank meets with the Unified Iraqi Medical Association for Relief and Development in more than one direction and more than one level in coordination, cooperation and support."[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Alaq explained, "The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development Organization has presented many initiatives and achievements that are in the service of the people of the country."[/size]
    [size=45]And he continues, “This association, and during its accompaniment for many years, represented these important roles, and in this when the association preferred today to use modern tools in the matter of dealing with tools and electronic payment, it is taking an advanced step for the central bank in its program and priorities at the present time and focusing on this matter, and the use It is correct through electronic channels for the movement of money and its transfers, which provides a great deal of fluidity, prosperity, and tracking of money movement.” Al-Alaq concluded, “The use of these modern financial tools and techniques means that we have a great degree of transparency and control over the movement of these vocabulary.”[/size]
    [size=45]For his part, the head of the Non-Governmental Organizations Department of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, Ashraf Al-Dahan, said in a speech to him, "The Unified Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development is one of the institutions registered in the Non-Governmental Organizations Department and has the status of public benefit."[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Dahan added, “This association is one of the distinguished associations and it has a prominent role in many humanitarian, relief and medical work since its establishment until today.”[/size]
    [size=45]He pointed out, "The launch of the application came in line with technological progress to facilitate donation methods in particular."[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Dahan continues, "Social solidarity has become necessary more than ever before in order to achieve the highest meanings of giving among the segments of society, for the association to be a pioneer in its societal responsibilities and its belief in the role that organizations play in this regard."[/size]
    [size=45]He pointed out, "The application is a development of modern systems and technologies and the best financial systems in compliance with local and international laws and regulatory requirements."[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Dahan said, "The Central Bank of Iraq had a prominent role in supporting civil society organizations and raising their efficiency and level of organization."[/size]
    [size=45]He expressed his aspiration that "this platform will be an opportunity to make donations electronically using electronic payment mechanisms, which gives the donor the opportunity to find out about the programs he supports."[/size]
