    Baghdad today - Baghdad
Today, Tuesday (8 August 2023), the representative of the coordination framework, Alia Nassif, said that the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has appointed Muhammad Bahr Al-Uloom, who has Kuwaiti nationality, as head of the negotiating committee with Kuwait.
Nassif described in her tweet, followed by "Baghdad Today", that "the appointment of Bahr al-Ulum is a 'disaster' for the Iraqis, when the head of the committee becomes the opponent and the arbiter."
And I wondered: Are there no good negotiators in Iraq? We demand that it be changed immediately to serve the national interest."
