    Sadiq stated that the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/44785/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D9%85%D9%85 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%AF%D8%A9/ar/]United Nations[/url] program provided advisory support for the implementation of the project, while the Ministries of Electricity and Environment prepared all parties concerned with its implementation, especially after the risks of environmental pollution became a threat to the reality of life, such as dry lands, high rates of desertification, and an increase in dust storms, in addition to rising temperatures. It was necessary to find solutions that reduce emissions that pose harm to the environment, according to the official newspaper.
