    Information/private..
Today, Sunday, a member of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Saadoun Al-Sudani, sent a request to the Iraqi government regarding Khor Abdullah, and while he considered the previous agreement “in the news,” he stressed that the government is bound by the decision of the Federal Court.
Al-Sudani said, in an interview with the “Al-Ma’louma” Agency, that “the Federal Court’s decision to invalidate the Khor Abdullah Agreement is binding on the Iraqi government, and it cannot violate judicial decisions,” indicating that “the latest agreement, in accordance with the Federal Court’s law, has become news.”
He added, "The current government cannot continue the agreement in any way," calling on the government to "form a delegation to hold new meetings and dialogues with the Kuwaiti side, away from the previous agreement."
The member of the House of Representatives explained, "These dialogues must include a new agreement between Iraq and Kuwait, through which Baghdad's full rights regarding Khor Abdullah are guaranteed."
Earlier, a member of the House of Representatives, Doha Al-Qusair, confirmed that the Federal Court’s decision regarding the invalidation of the Khor Abdullah Agreement is binding and binding on all state institutions, and therefore the Iraqi border file is a purely internal matter, and no party has the right to interfere in it.”
The decision of the Federal Supreme Court regarding the invalidity of the Khor Abdullah Agreement signed between Iraq and Kuwait sparked the anger of many Arab parties, especially Kuwait itself, and the subsequent movements at the international level, heading to New York and seeking the help of America to denounce it and try to cancel it.
