The Minister of Construction and Housing, Benkin Rekani, revealed today, Tuesday, that all projects of the bottleneck removal package were subjected to deliberate acts of sabotage.
Rikani said in a statement followed by Mawazine News, “All projects of the decongestion package are exposed to deliberate acts of sabotage, including lighting and other things.”
Rikani asked, “How can a citizen sabotage his property?”
