The Iraqi Stock Exchange index closed today, Tuesday, up by 0.17%, after the positive results for the Iraqi economy announced by the Arab Monetary Fund.
Today, investors traded 1.4 billion shares worth 1.1 billion dinars, through 750 transactions.
Sumer Commercial Bank shares rose by 8.3%, Al-Mansour Hotels by 7.8%, and Palestine Hotel by 4.9%, while the shares of banks such as Trans-Iraq fell by 14%, United by 11%, and Economy by 4%.
Foreign investors bought it at a value of 194 million dinars through Al-Mansour Bank and Asiacell.
