Shafaq News / To Challenge your inevitable fate it is not easy, and to declare deep in your heart that you will not give up and that there is a chance to change events, and declare that you will not surrender to what was imposed on you, with the determination to continue in life, despite the tragedy of these words .. these are the female slaves, but survivors .
Amsha (19 years old), the mother of a child who did not complete two years old, and a fetus in her womb still has four months to see the light, who is an orphan after his father was slaughtered by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria “ISIS” organization , a mother forced to fight a bitter experience under the title "slaves".
Amsha who succeeded in escaping from an old man from the people of Mosul, (intended to take her with him to Syria to be sold there) said "We were among those who failed to escape to Sinjar mountain, in which hundreds of thousands of Yazidis have led to after ISIS attack on our areas, I saw with my own eyes how men , old people and women were slaughtered, and even children who were not more than 10 years old, among those who were slaughtered was my husband and his family, while women were taken in a car (Pickup) to a big hall in Mosul city. “
“Our numbers were large, more than two thousand, all of us were Yazidis who have been abducted," denying "the existence of any Christian or Turkmen women in the hall."
She added, "It was a bitter experience, I have seen with my own eyes how Yazidi girls were being sold for 10000 or 15000 Iraqi dinars, equivalent to $ 10 per night, and so are sold more than once, and being raped more than once , in some cases there were supporters of the organization of different nationalities traveled to the place where they were held in it, they were buying Yazidis for 10000 or 15000 Iraqi dinars and then being sold in Syria and other countries for 200 dollars, "asserting that “the women were being forced to convert to Islam to marry ISIS elements later, anyone who reject this will be threatened to slaughter their children or slaughter them, often some women were asked to talk to their families to tell what were of rape and violence. "
Amsha was one of the victims, who was kidnapped along with hundreds of other Yazidis after “ISIS” attack in the third of the past month in al-Qahtaniyah sub-district or what is known as " Qahtaniyah compound " which is inhabited by members of the Yazidi community near Sinjar area (Nineveh province) north of Iraq, who has bitter experiences with extremists.
On 14 August 2007 , it has witnessed an attack that was considered at the time the deadliest in a series of explosions by fuel tanker and three trucks loaded with explosive bombs, as the mastermind of the bombings was named , Abu Mohammed al-Afri from the people of Tal Afar.
Several kilometers away , was Donya from Kojo village, which lies 15 km from Sinjar that has suffered the same fate, where ISIS surrounded the village and gave the people in it few hours to declare Islam and later told them that a pardoned has been released for the people of the village.
Doniya 22-years-old and her four sisters were slaves to ISIS who have arrived just two days ago to their family after her escape with her four sisters,
Doniya Says "people in the village were collected in a school and men were separated from the women, later we heard shots until now we do not know what happened to them, women only stayed inside the school and asked us to give phones , jewelry , gold and money otherwise we will be slaughtered if we hide anything. "
She added "they took us to the Institute of Tal Afar, and they asked to separate virgins from married women, but we did not accept my mother strongly rejected to be separated, and when someone tried to harass my sister , he slaughtered my mom and my brother in front of our eyes."
She adds crying "They took us in cars (Pickup) to a house in Mosul. We were about 500 Yazidis, the organization's members asked us to stand to select who will they take to marry , anyone who rejects will be beaten, virgin girls were especially taken and we did not know where their destination was, adding but sometimes the girls come back after being raped by members of ISIS organization, as one of them was a minor about 15-years-old, she had been raped by 4 ISIS elements, I still remember the signs of beatings with weapons on her body. "
She adds, "she was young , she do not know what marriage means, so she was not able to describe what happened to her there, where girls were being raped."
She reveals that the majority of members of ISIS organization who kidnapped Yazidis and attacked her village were Iraqis, and they were all from Tal Afar.
News has talked about the purchase of tribal sheikhs in Hawija 55 km west of Kirkuk city for Yazidi women been brought in from Nineveh province, now negotiations with ISIS organization in the district still underway to release them.
A source who preferred anonymity said that a number of tribal leaders have bought Yazidi women for 800 dollars, and that the son of the Sheiks bought 3 of them. "
He added that "negotiations are difficult and an agreement has not been reached for the release of women and he could not reach a party that declares its readiness to cooperate effectively from clans on this matter, and that the number of Yazidi women who were brought into areas southwest of Kirkuk are ranging between 500 and 600 women."
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced that ISIS organization distributed about 300 Yazidi girls and women to its elements in Syria during the past days and weeks, who were abducted in Iraq several weeks ago, on the basis that they are slaves of the spoils of war."
The Observatory confirmed that "elements of ISIS organization sell those abducted to other elements of the organization for one thousand dollars per female, after converting to Islam."
In a similar case, in order to rescue the victims of Yazidi women in Syria , some of the notables of the Arabs and the Kurds have tried to pay the money through intermediaries to ISIS elements under the pretext that they want to marry a Yazidi abducted female within the process of emancipation to return them to their families, but the attempt did not show results until now.
