Khalil told Al-Maalouma, “Any amendments to the budget will be appropriate to the government program, as well as the expenditures that this program requires to be implemented.”
He added, "There are many proposals regarding the budget and employee salaries, but matters are still in the hands of the government."
He explained, “The government did not send any schedules to the House of Representatives to be drafted and amended before proceeding with their implementation.” End 25 n.
