    Alexei Zaitsev, press secretary of the Russian permanent representative to the United Nations announced that Moscow is considering a draft resolution submitted by the Arab Gulf states on Yemen to the Security Council.
    Zaitsev said on Friday that "the Arab Gulf States submitted a draft resolution, and we are studying the document."
    It was learned earlier that the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States intends to submit a draft law under Chapter VII, authorizing military intervention in support of Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and denouncing the Houthis.
    The Gulf Arab states, told the Security Council officially the start of the military operation in Yemen, and signed a permanent delegates each from Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE on the letter addressed to the current President of the Council, French Ambassador Francois Delatra.anthy
