    Legislative Chapter II

    First, read verses from the Koran.

    Second: voting in principle to the proposed second amendment to the law replace members of the House of Representatives No. 6 of 2006. (Legal Committee ).

    Third: The vote on the draft law on passports. (For the security and defense committee ,Legal Committee ). (Article 22).

    Fourth: The vote on the draft establishing civil institutions, the federal health law. (The Health and Environment Committee ,Legal Committee ). (19 articles).

    Fifth: The vote on the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the United Nations to Immunities of States and their property Convention on jurisdictional law. (Foreign Relations Committee ,Legal Committee ), (2 article).

    Sixth: The vote on the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the agreement to encourage and protect and guarantee investments between the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. (Foreign Relations Committee , the Committee on Economy and Investment). (2 items).

    Seventh: The vote on the draft property installed in farmland and orchards excluded from the settlement works of the law. (Committee on Agriculture and Water and the marshes,Legal Committee ). (Article 5).

    Tenth: the first reading of the draft ratification of the agreement partnership law for cultural, scientific and technical Altaawan and for development between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the French Republic. (Foreign Relations Committee ). (2 article).

    Eleventh: second reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Organization for Migration Constitution Act. (Foreign Relations Committee , the Committee of the displaced and deportees and expatriates). (2 article).

    Twelfth: The second reading of the draft treaties contract law. (Foreign Relations Committee ,Legal Committee ). (34 articles).
