    The
    precise diagnosis of the nature of the foreign debt of Iraq is
    essential and vital to know whether such massive debt corresponds to
    international lending standards and with the requirements of Iraq to
    economic and social development and that these loans have been en route
    and used by the toppled
    regime in aggressive and inhuman objectives, so odious debt properties
    apply with no entitlement to international law and become non-binding
    Iraq to repay as debts owed by the former regime unpleasant.

    The
    Gulf countries and imperialist countries and above all the United
    States had paid tyrant to launch a bayonet crazy and providing money and
    weapons for implicating him in a dirty war to serve Western interests
    to weaken Iraq and turning it into a consumer market for Western arms.


    Iraq's
    foreign debt of the former regime all bad debt or debt properties that
    have no entitlement to international law for many reasons including:
    1. the
    former regime used the loans borrowed her difficult conditions for
    financing its war with Iran that ended with the occupation of Kuwait in
    1990, as used in the development of police organs and inflate military
    arsenal, and did not invest in industrial and agricultural development
    projects, was
    spent on the Iran-Iraq war more than 94 billion dollars and losses in
    oil revenues 55.5 billion dollars loss in gross domestic product of $
    26.2 billion, and reduced oil production of 3,600 million barrels per
    day in 1976 To 140,000 barrels in 1980, and achieving military expenditures to revenues 146, 6% in 1983.

    2. the
    former regime in the international situation is a hooligan and
    authoritarian-fascist dictatorships, Iraq has plunged by huge debt to
    meet its goals for which conflict with the goals and interests of the
    people, and all the consequent obligations of the Iraqi people, not the meaning.

    3. the
    debt demanded by Gulf countries do not have any formal documentation as
    a documentary, but the debt of the former regime as grants and
    financial aid within the framework of Arab solidarity to consolidate its
    position and protect its borders from external threat, so they are not debts and had not been given to the system in accordance with the terms of the internationally recognized external debt.

    4. foreign
    and Gulf States made generous loans to the deposed regime was well
    aware of the aggressive nature of the system as a holistic unelected and
    practised all forms of repression against its people, therefore, these
    loans did not benefit the Iraqi people but with consequences such as taxes, poverty and rising prices, hunger and unemployment and deterioration of services and the like.

    5. foreign
    loans contributed to the promotion of bloody and caused system to
    continue his war and aggression on Division of neighbouring countries
    and his defiance of international resolutions.

    6. the
    West and Gulf States had been involuntarily drawn to odious debt of the
    former regime without any regard to its ability to meet them and
    without any considerations for the real objectives of the system of
    loans to use debt as a pretext to interfere in the internal affairs of Iraq.

    This
    shows that loans made by Western capitalist countries and Gulf States
    have exploited the system for purposes other than humanitarian and
    detrimental to the interests of the people and thus become bad debts
    loans (odious debt) and other legitimate legal and ethical terms in
    international jurisprudence, and
    it becomes the right elected Iraqi Government that ignores this and
    refuse to pay for this debt had been submitted in support of an
    authoritarian regime persecuted people and use the loans for waging war
    and extended, and that this trend is in line with international law and the
    principles of the United Nations, United Nations Stresses the (hateful
    debt cancellation or relief does not require the debtor country to that
    religion is false is the former regime's debt).

    With
    regard to international law describes reprehensible debt that (if
    tyrannical authority into debt rather than to the needs and interests of
    the State but to strengthen its authoritarian rule and suppression of
    people who hated the religion they fight her) and this fully applies to
    the situation of Iraq.

    regime in the international situation and bloody dictatorship and

    experience of States that have declared their external debt and its
    denial of the denial and of these States:

    1-the
    Soviet Union's refusal to meet its foreign debt based on the Tsarist
    Government before the October revolution of 1917 and the assistance of
    the international bourgeoisie for bourgeois Government in Tsarist Russia
    and the Soviet Government refused to pay all foreign debt of the
    Government of the Tsar failed.

    2. the
    external debt of the United States refused them to Germany and Britain
    on the pretext that these loans provided to finance the civil war in
    America and helped prolong the war.

    3. revolutionary Cuba rejected foreign debt up by Spain on behalf of Cuba in 1898.

    4. the Declaration of the State of South Africa has refused to pay its debts of apartheid.

    With
    this vision we believe that defending national interests and
    independence and resume economic development and reconstruction require
    the elected Iraqi Government refusal to pay debts and compensation of
    the former regime and the mind of financial aid from international
    creditors for their passes Saddam Hussein, who provided great services
    to regional and international interests in the region and that foreign
    and Gulf States demand that provided loans and financial and military
    support to the system of compensation for damage of Iraq from
    destruction.

    And
    Gulf countries provided funds in support of the former regime in its
    war with Iran should be aware that it provided such funds as grants and
    non-reimbursable donations because they are invaluable to its strategic
    rewards who fights on behalf of protecting its borders, so must this
    debt cancellation Declaration unconditionally and desist claim paid,
    and these countries must realize the trick system, It provided financial
    and political support to save the system and did not offer to assist
    the Iraqi people affected by the system,
    Therefore, just ask the Iraqi people to repay such debts that catastrophic consequences holds the attitude is unethical.
