[ltr] Iraqi Ambassador in America Lukman Faily said Friday that Iran provided to Iraq "open instrument" with all that is needed to fight al "Daash" he said, adding that it sees the threat of regulation as a threat to its national security.

Said Feeli in a speech during the "Forum for Security Aspen" in America, quoted by the agency, "ABC News" US, "Iran also believes that the threat Daash is a threat to its national security," noting that "at some times were groups Daash terrorist within 25 miles from the Iranian border east of Iraq. "
