     Pregnancy and Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Thursday, Baghdad and Erbil responsibility for breach of the agreement the oil, and stressed the need for "political will" to reach an agreement between the parties, and with the exception of the late files, Ahmad Chalabi, a "major corruption Files", called on the government and the judiciary to deal seriously with those files.

     He Zebari, the government and the Supreme Judicial Council that "those files need to processors in accordance with the judicial process", calling on the government and the Supreme Judicial Council to "seriously deal with those files and documents."
