The delegation arrived in Baghdad to start dialogues with the political parties

Today, Monday, political sources said that a delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party arrived in the capital, Baghdad, to start dialogues with political parties about the position of President of the Republic.
The sources said that the delegation is headed by the leader of the party, Hoshyar Zebari, and includes the leaders of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Jaafar Aminiki, Shwan Muhammad Taha and Omid Sabah.
The Democratic Party had earlier expressed its objection to the PUK's nomination of President Barham Salih for a second presidential term.
