It revealed a member of a coalition of state law, high Nassif MP, about the existence of a "clash" between the Ministry of Water Resources on the one hand and an adviser to the prime minister and the US ambassador in Iraq, on the other hand, on the cost of repairing the Mosul Dam, calling on the prime minister to "verify this information and conflict inside Library".

She said Nassif, that "the Ministry of Water Resources says that it can repair the dam of $ 100 million," indicating that "the US ambassador to refuse the offer of the Ministry of Resources, says that repairs should be done by an Italian company and $ 500 million."
