    [ltr]Information Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, announced Sunday, the last to reach an agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Delegation requires the adoption of an economic reform program to reduce dependence on oil, referring to the near develop a plan to maximize resources through a commitment to tariff and income tax, while al-Abbadi stressed the importance of agreeing on program is "clear" to secure the duties and rights of the province and the provinces. 

    Ebadi said the Office in a statement received by the agency Nun, news reporting, copy it, that "the Prime Minister chaired today a meeting with a delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government, headed by Nechirvan Barzani, attended by ministers of oil, planning, construction and housing," noting that "the two communities exchanged talk about the challenges faced by financial situation following the collapse of oil prices. " 

    The statement added that "it was agreed on the importance of adopting a program of economic reform to reduce dependence on oil as the sole source of national income," pointing out that "it will be the adoption of a plan to continue to study the reform and maximizing resources program, especially the full commitment levying tariffs and income tax as the financial resources of the Federal Government utility returns to the region and the provinces alike. " 

    The statement quoted Abadi emphasis on "the importance of continuing the meetings and access to a common understanding of the challenges and agree on a clear work program takes into consideration the interests of the country and secure the duties and rights of the province and the provinces." 

    Abadi pointed out that "a common enemy and wants to destroy all the territories it occupies, and it must continue the efforts of the armed forces, including the Peshmerga forces, and look forward to the perpetuation of this communication in order to liberate Mosul and other areas." 

    For his part, Barzani stressed "the importance of holding regular meetings, as Park great victory of fighters to liberate the city of Ramadi and therefore the importance of moral and social." 

    The delegation arrived in the Kurdistan Regional Government on Sunday, headed by Nechirvan Barzani to Baghdad, for a meeting with President Fuad Masum and Prime Minister Haidar al-Abbadi and other officials to discuss several issues, most notably the financial crisis experienced by the country.
