    said the parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee rapporteur Adela
    Hammoud that "a solution is near to end the boundary file with the
    Kuwaiti side."

    Hammoud said the whole Iraq IGN today that "there
    are clear for all work on the subject of Iraq out of Chapter VII, and
    only determinations remained low with Kuwait and everyone knows as
    relating to the boundary file.

    He said "there is a solution to
    end this file with the Kuwaiti Government and the Kuwaiti delegation
    would visit Iraq soon to end this file and remove Iraq from Chapter
    VII."

    The number of citizens homes in Umm Qasr border area within
    the line of demarcation is planning to put the Kuwaiti Government, and
    these people were asked to evacuate their homes two weeks ago.

    The
    UN Security Council issued resolution No. 1993/833/the demarcation of
    the boundary between Kuwait and Iraq, along about 216 km, the
    application of resolution partially under the former regime to carve out
    large areas of the territory of Iraq in terms of Safwan and Umm Qasr to
    Kuwait.

    And Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations have described positive
    developments over the past months, to finish the outstanding issues
    between the two countries, Iraq's output of international sanctions
    imposed in section VII, by the UN Security Council.

    compensation to Kuwait Airways final.

    articles, resolution 678 of 1990 proposal to eject Iraq from Kuwait by

    several outstanding issues remain, such as the remains of Kuwaiti
    prisoners in Iraq, Kuwaiti property, including archives of the Amiri
    Diwan, Crown Court, the issue of environmental compensation and oil, not
    only for the State of Kuwait, but other Arab States, and the companies

    This appears to be an older article. (near completion), Ya right, its already done... I read this somewhere before but still had to post it due to its date.
