{Baghdad} Euphrates News carried the Ministry of Commerce, on Wednesday, the Ministry of Finance responsibility for the delay to pay dues peasants and farmers marketers wheat crop for the years 2014-2015, despite the adoption of that money in the 2016 budget.
A statement of the ministry and the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, "The Ministry of Finance put obstacles in dues peasants and farmers exchange and long overdue in the disbursement to the beneficiaries despite the presence of fundamentalist approvals and approval in the state budget approved by the government and ratified by the law of the parliament." He said "the Ministry ofCommerce and as far as it comes to them approached the Ministry of Finance for the disbursement of those entitlements in accordance with the policies included in the budget law as well as its distribution of food allocated for the ration card money as directed by the Prime Minister , " he said , adding that "the Ministry of Finance only a very small amount does not act does not constitute nothing compared to theamounts approved by the law. " He noted , " the Ministry of Finance bear all theconsequences in dues peasants and farmers exchange , especially since theCommerce Department began the marketing of wheat for this year 's campaign, which require the fulfillment of the obligations by the marketing peasants previous seasons as well as posed by the crop of the importance of the UN security food and meet the country 's need of grain and supports national product effectively ".anthy
