[ltr]Carried the Ministry of Commerce, on Wednesday, the Ministry of Finance to pay dues delay peasants and farmers marketers wheat crop for the years 2014-2015, despite the adoption of that money in the 2016 budget and the issuance of more than one probe to guide the minister in this regard[/ltr]
[ltr]The Commerce Department said in a statement issued by the Information Office received / balances News / copy of it, that "the Ministry of Finance put obstacles in dues peasants and farmers exchange and long overdue in the disbursement to the beneficiaries despite the presence of fundamentalist approvals and approval in the state budget approved by the government and ratified by an Act of Parliament ".[/ltr]
[ltr]The statement added, "The Ministry of Commerce and as far as it comes to them approached the Ministry of Finance for the disbursement of those entitlements in accordance with the policies included in the budget bill as well as the Ministry of Trade to distribute food allocated for the ration card money as directed by the Prime Minister, but the Ministry of Finance did not happen only a small amount so it does not constitute nothing compared to the amounts approved by the law. [ltr]The statement noted that "the Ministry of Finance shall bear all the consequences in dues peasants and farmers exchange, especially since the Commerce Department began the marketing of wheat for this year's campaign, which require the fulfillment of the obligations by the marketing peasants previous seasons as well as posed by the crop of the importance of food security and to meet the country's need of grain and supports product National effectively.
