    He said al - Hakim , in a word on the occasion of Alambos Prophet which was held in the office of Mr. al -Hakim in Baghdad, and broadcast on Al- Iraqiya, that " the first challenge facing us is the position of legitimacy, we were and we are still and will remain with the legitimate; because we believe in this country, and we believe in freedom , which we paid for it dearly, and we believe in democracy , which Aatmdtaha system administered by the authority, is achieved through which the devolution of power and a symbol offreedom and democracy is the House of Representatives. " 
     he stressed that" there is a semi - structured to break the prestige of the House of Representatives campaign, overtaking its legitimacy, which is unacceptable to us, and we will face with our people vigorously and consistently. " He pointed out that "the House of Representatives is the house of the people, we will not allow because snatched group or groups under any title or an argument or justification , whether they areparliamentarians protestors or demonstrators Mnflten."
