    He Baghdad Governor Ali al - Tamimi, on Monday, expressed surprise at the "silence ofthe Ministry of Interior for more than eight months on the immediate implementation ofSaqr Baghdad project and had no recourse to the media , " stressing that "we are not afraid of integrity and we have to cooperate to save the blood."

"
