[ltr]The head of the Islamic Dawa / Party , Iraq Organization bloc MP Khaled al - Asadi, on Friday, that education isfree right of every Iraqi citizen.[/ltr]
[ltr]Asadi said in a statement received / balances News / copy of it, that "education is a right for every Iraqi citizen , the State 's responsibility to promote education free education and the development of mechanisms and to ensurethat ."[/ltr]
[ltr]"We call on the government to remove obstacles and barriers that lead to dropout of school and tighten procedures for compulsory education in its early stages."[/ltr]
