    Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi order barring MPs whose names appeared in thequestioning of the Minister of Defense, traveling on a temporary basis, to check corruption charges against them. 
    A statement issued by al - Abadi said theOffice of the Prime Minister "had ordered thetemporary prohibition to travel from his name was mentioned in the interrogation of the House ofRepresentatives Monday in order to investigate the validity of the allegations and that the seriousness of thecharges contained. " 
    said Saad al - Sabri, a spokesman for the prime minister 's office, for (AFP) that" it includes all of anonymity or indicted in the meeting yesterday (Monday) the corruption of the file or corruption cases "noting that" theaim is to verify the validity of these allegations. " He pointed out that " the final decision is up to the judicial authorities , which can be appealed to have." He declined Sabri said the names of officials who are covered by the decision and whether it includes the defense minister Balammer.ovi earlier statement, Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi "In fairness to investigate the allegations raised in the questioning of the Minister of Defence in the House of Representatives hearing today about corrupted files body and are cooperating with committees to verify the House of Representatives on the subject and not one is above the law. " On the other hand, said the Information Office of House Speaker Salim al - Jubouri, in a statement received (long -Presse) a copy of it, that " the decision to ban the travel of any citizen holds Iraqi passport is the prerogative of the Iraqi judiciary exclusively." 
    The statement added that " the judiciary resort to take such decisions when there are lawsuits filed against aparticular person sees eliminating the need to prevent him from traveling until the completion of theinvestigation. " 
    The statement called on everyone to" respect the Iraqi judiciary under Article 15 of the Iraqi Constitution and Article 37 , "stressing" not to sue any name Names mentioned by defense Minister yet, and thus the lack ofthem the issue did not issue any decision preventing them from traveling. "
