    According to the agency "Bloomberg" economic, Sunday, August 7 / August, the Member States of the Organization of "OPEC" does not have any plans to return to the negotiations on the "freezing" of oil production.
    According to "Bloomberg" that the International Energy Forum to be held in Algeria, in the period between September 26 to 28 / September next, "will discuss cooperation with countries outside OPEC issues."
    Earlier, the newspaper "The Wall Street Journal" reported that the Petroleum Exporting Countries could discuss a proposal to "freeze" the production will resume during the energy summit to be held in Algeria, noting that its own sources confirmed that both Venezuela and Ecuador, Kuwait, ready to discuss these the case.
