" 
    he continued by retired US general that" the worst scenario that might face the next US president is that he may be forced to send more troops to Iraq and perhaps these forces may be involved in the actual battles to prevent a possible collapse of the situation in Iraq and the return of the situation in which the brink of civil war , witnessed by the country in 2006. "he stressed Petraeus that " the likelihood of civil war would be the worst case scenario the next US president will face toward Iraq that may occur even if the elimination of al Daesh in the country , " pointing out that "the line between success and failure in Iraq will depend whole political approach adopted by the government in Baghdad will be the main player in this matter is the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, who explained that he would seek to form a government that includes all political parties, particularly the Sunni Arab entity by giving them incentives to be supportive of the new Iraq. " 
    he asked Petraeus said," the important issue is the Prime Minister will he be able to achieve this approach or not? ".
