A spokesman for the International Alliance of John Dorian confirmed on Tuesday (27 September 2016), that Turkish troops are not part of the international coalition, and pointed out that the presence of coalition forces in Iraq under the consent of the Iraqi government, as called for groups that want to fight the organization (Daesh) to coordinate with Baghdad, he pointed out that the Iraqi government is one of the participants will determine the battle of liberation city of Mosul.
