revealed Baghdad Investment Authority about that next year will see the opening of the project (Mall of Baghdad) , located in Harthiya district ofBaghdad, after more than accomplished the 93 ratios
percent.

He explained that the project , which exceeded accomplished Al93 percent ratios, and will be opened during the next year at a cost averaged of $ 127 million, and features a shopping mall with four layers contain 120 shops , which pointed out that it will attract alot of international brands which operate for the first time in
Baghdad.
He Zamili the mall also includes (hypermarkets) and the theme park and cinema , pointing out that the area between the parking lot and ( the mall), was designed acreative way and it is called (river Street) after the name of the street known in Rusafa, articulating an agreement with a French company for the processing of the project ,electric station a full head with
energy.
He added that the project also includes hotels (five stars) consisted of 33 - storey height of 104 meters, and will be run by a company (Rotana global), as it will contain 234 suites Vndkie, in addition to 34 special suites businessmen to varying degrees, with anentire floor of the presidential suites, stressing agreement with the competent British company to ensure the full protection of the project and system security advanced ensures protection of any breaches might get.
He head of the Investment Commission of Baghdad by saying that the project also includes, a medical complex integrated area of five thousand and 445 square meters, has a seven - composed layers of the basement and ground floor, in addition to five floors similar design, featuring 30 medical clinic separately, indicating that the compound also houses, a hospital for surgery specialist includes four halls for operations and 30 beds of running a medical staffing specialists will be brought in from outside the country, stressing that the same hospital will provide medical services to citizens including enriches them completely from traveling outside the country
