Earlier, Secretary General of Shiite Badr Organization Hadi al-Ameri disclosed that the PMFs received an invitation from the Syrian President Bashar al-Asad to fight in Syria after the liberation of Iraq from Da'ish gunmen.
Shiite State of Law Alliance leading member Salah Abdul Razzaq pointed that the PMFs is part of the Iraqi regular forces, "so the Iraqi government should decide this participation in Syria, provided to be done after years of liberating Nineveh province and controlling the land".
He pointed out that the Iraqi groups currently fighting are "on personal level, not governmental, which matter cannot be prevented since that hundreds are fighting in Syria from Saudi Arabia and other countries.
Iraqi and foreign media sources reported that a number of Iraqi youths are fighting in Syria "in defence of the Shiite holy shrines", particularly after the threats to detonate them by the terrorists there.
On the hand, the leading member of the Shiite Higher Islamic Council Habeeb al-Tarfi pointed that the statement on this participation was uttered by "a person, not the PMF authority".
Premier Ibadi responded that Iraqi is "respecting neighboring countries and will not interfere in its internal affairs", he quoted .
"The participation in the war of a neighboring country will open the doors wide open for future problems, so the Iraqis should be concerned in liberating their territories", he added.
The fighting to liberate Mosul city started on 17 October, 2016, with results of entering some of the quarters of the city by the Iraqi forces, but the war is still going on at the outskirts of the city, military sources reported.
