Mohammed Barkindo Secretary General of OPEC said on Monday that the organization would meet with oil producers from the outside to put the finishing touches on an agreement to limit oil production globally, on the tenth of December in Vienna at the first meeting of its kind since 2002.
Barkindo announced a plan meeting at a conference in New Delhi, according to a transcript of his speech.
It was scheduled earlier to hold a meeting in Moscow.
