Based on either passed by the House of Representatives and approved by the Council of the presidency and pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (First) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution.
Issued the following law:

The third amendment to the law
Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control
Article 1 - Delete the text of paragraph (v) of Article (sixth) of the Law on the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control (54) for the year 1979.
Article 2 - The text of Article IX of the law and is replaced by the following:
Article IX - First - The financial resources of the device, which comes:
1. Mirsd for funding annually as part of the general budget of the federal state.
2. Wages Itsufaha the services.
3. Grants and donations provided to the device according to the law.
Second: The Minister of Planning and Development Cooperation, in coordination with the Finance Minister's proposal to reconsider amount of wages that meet in the device.
Third: devolve wages provided for in paragraph 2 of the first item of this article to the public treasury.
Article 3 - The text of Article (tenth) of the Act and replace it ماياتي:
Article X - First - the device of its own budget, taking into account the organization and maintenance calculation Almqtadhah the records have financial laws and regulations.
Second: The enjoy exemptions device and the advantages of the centers of the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation.
Article 4 - The text of the article (eighteen) of the Act and replace it ماياتي:
Article XVIII - Systems may be issued and instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law.
Article - 5 - The Law of the First Amendment to the Law of the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control (22) for the year 1996.
Article 6 - This law shall be from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
The reasons
For the purpose of conversion of the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control founder of Law No. 54 of 1979 of the self-financing to the central funding.
