    Baghdad operations revealed its intention to raise the 25 control and 85 security stationed off the streets of the capital Baghdad starting Tuesday, to deal with the worsening crisis traffic jams. A statement of operations, received a (long), a copy of it on Monday, " The operations commander Maj . Gen. Jalil al - Rubaie, announced the existence of an integrated plan to lift all checkpoints in the capital , Baghdad, and will be the first stages of the plan implementation tomorrow in Rusafa." 
    He said the statement of operations "will be raised more than 25 controlled and more than 85 stationed in Rusafa in Baghdad, which contributes effectively to ease the traffic momentum dismantling bottlenecks, to be performed the following stages , respectively." 
    The statement pointed out that " the Department of Information in Baghdad Operations Command, will organize a media tour , accompanied by Maj . Gen. Jalil al - Rubaie to implement a plan to raise checkpoints in Baghdad." 
    Meanwhile, three civilians were wounded yesterday when a roadside bomb south of the capital Baghdad. 
    A spokesman for the Baghdad Operations Brigadier General Saad Maan " The explosive device was placed inside the wheel of Kia bus exploded in the health Doura area south of Baghdad , wounding three civilians were wounded." 
    In the meantime, the security forces have, yesterday, arrested a terrorist in the south of the capital Baghdad , Rashid district. A statement by the Baghdad Operations Command, briefed (range) a copy of it, that " the strength of the second regiment brigade 25 Infantry Division 17 and according to the intelligence sources of the regiment, managed to arrest a wanted terrorist on according to Article 4/1 of terrorism, according to an arrest warrant issued by the Central investigating Court. " 
    The statement added that " the information reported the existence of the terrorist within the terms of the Rashid district / role of overtaking."
