    stressed the French president, Francois Hollande , that victory on the organization Daesh in Iraq does not make sense if it is accompanied by the reconstruction process.
    He said during his official visit to the Iraqi capital that "any participation in the reconstruction in Iraq believes additional conditions to avoid waging a 'Daesh' attacks on our land."
    The news agency AFP as saying that the French presidency, "Hollande draw attention to the post-defeat al Daesh and what should be done in it."
    She stressed that "stressed the importance of continuing efforts to ensure a sustainable security in the country after the defeat of 'Daesh' and the need for cooperation and co-existence of communities in a united and independent Iraq."
    Holland left Baghdad after meeting Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, and a number of senior officials in Iraq after heading to Arbil, the capital of the Kurdistan region in Iraq.
