Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi visited the headquarters of the Joint Operations Command on Thursday after arriving in Baghdad from Washington, where he issued a series of directives that contribute to sustaining the momentum of the victories and preserving the fighters and civilians.
The Office of Abadi said in a statement received / Mawazin News, "that the Prime Minister Haider Abadi, visited immediately upon his arrival in Baghdad, from Washington, headquarters of joint operations."
He added that "Abadi briefed on the process of liberating the right side of the city of Mosul, and made contacts with field commanders and issued a set of directives that contribute to sustaining the momentum of the victories and the preservation of heroes and civilians."
