America is deploying strategic weapons in South Korea in response to Pyongyang

South Korean Defense Minister Song Yong Moo on Saturday threatened North Korea to deploy strategic weapons, warning that Seoul and Washington would take tough measures against Pyongyang over the launch of the intercontinental ballistic missile.
"The South and South Korean governments have launched surface-to-surface missiles and strategic weapons will also be deployed," Sky News quoted South Korea's defense minister as saying.
"The two countries will consult at a rapid pace to deploy more Thad missile launchers and build a missile interceptor system and North Korean nuclear weapons as soon as possible," he said.
The South Korean defense minister criticized his neighbor, saying the launch of the intercontinental missile was a violation of UN Security Council resolutions and a threat to stability on the Korean Peninsula. Ending / 25 z
