    Information / Baghdad ..
President of the National Security Council and Defense of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov alleged that Russia has sent additional military reinforcements to the border with his country and seeks to make the United Nations even in itself.
"All attempts by Russia to change the color of its forces on the border with Ukraine will not work," Turchinov said.
Turchinov has cited Russia's alleged move to adopt the Ukraine-Ukraine Reunification Act, which would "prevent Russia from realizing its plans" to divide, cut and annex Ukraine.
It should be noted that Russia has already submitted to the Security Council on 5 September last initiative to send UN troops to the conflict zone in southeastern Ukraine.
On the 10th of this month, the United States revealed that it had prepared a plan to be proposed to Moscow soon to coordinate the dispatch of UN troops to Ukraine of 20 thousand soldiers.
Russia has not recognized the independence of the unilaterally declared republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, but has pledged to protect the Russian population there and continues to provide humanitarian and political support to the two republics.
Russia is also working with Germany and France to resolve the conflict in Ukraine through the Minsk negotiations for the settlement, which includes Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine, and the ongoing "Quadrilateral" consultations at the level of foreign ministers of the four Minsk Group countries.
Before the Minsk negotiations, in April 2014, the Ukrainian junta launched a military operation to "combat terrorism" against the two republics following the so-called "revolution of the field" in Kiev, which overthrew the rule of Viktor Yanukovich, and brought in extreme right-wing forces that refused to integrate with Russia And the demand for the integration of Ukraine into the space of the European Union and NATO.
The conflict in south-eastern Ukraine, since the outbreak of the year 2014 has killed more than 10 thousand people and injured 22 thousand others, as well as the displacement of tens of thousands of their areas.
