[rtl]Said the MP from the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Najiba Najib, that the proportion of 14% of the budget   that has been circulated to the media, will not solve the problems of the province economic, and not enough even for salaries of employees of Kurdistan.[/rtl]

[rtl]Najib said in a statement obtained by "Trend Press" on a copy on Monday, that "the proportion of the 14% announced by the budget to solve the problems of Kurdistan, which is not something new and bear the treatment or solution to the problem of Kurdistan in the budget."[/rtl]

[rtl]"When the budget came to parliament, it included a text that included determining the percentage of Kurdistan according to the population census and reviewing the statistics of the Ministry of Planning, it was revealed that the population of Iraq is 39 million people and the population of the region, 14%."[/rtl]

[rtl]"If the budget is translated, the ratio of the region will be 14 percent. This is not new," she said. "There is no approval by the federal government to increase this percentage," she said.[/rtl]

[rtl]She pointed out that "what is specified for the region is not enough to pay the salaries of employees, because Kurdistan needs 10 trillions 500 billion Iraqi dinars and 14% will be 7.2 trillion dinars, and this percentage does not cover the needs of Kurdistan to pay the salaries of employees."[/rtl]

[rtl]The MP wished that "the Prime Minister, Haider Abadi listen to the demands of the Kurdish blocs and pay the salaries of regional staff of 10 trillion and 500 billion dinars."[/rtl]

[rtl]The decision of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, MP Ahmad Haji Rashid said in a statement today, "The Kurdish deputies in the Finance Committee submitted the demands of the Kurdish blocs to the House of Representatives and proved to the deputies that the proportion of 12.67% have no legal basis, and the Federal Ministry of Planning, That the proportion of the region is 14%, and then generate an impression with the deputies that this matter is the most correct, "adding that" MPs demanded to raise the proportion of the Kurdistan region to 14% and stabilize this ratio, and according to information obtained from reliable sources that this percentage has been Installed in the budget by the federal government.
