    MP on the parliamentary bloc of construction Abdul Amir Taiban, on Wednesday, that Faleh Fayyad is still until the moment is the candidate of the Ministry of the Interior, pointing out that there are more than 10 candidates for the Ministry of Defense most fortunate are Salim Jubouri and Hisham Darraji. 

    He said Taiban in an interview for Alsumaria News, "Faleh Fayyad is still until the moment is the candidate of the Ministry of the Interior, and there are more than 10 candidates for the Ministry of Defense, the most fortunate of them are Salim al-Jubouri and Hisham Darraji, while the Ministry of Justice, the Kurds still did not agree on a specific figure" .

    Taiban pointed out that "adherence to Fayyad was because it applies to the conditions of nomination and no sense not to put it to vote and leave the option to the members of parliament to give him confidence or not and then can be replaced by the lack of enough votes." 

    Taiban added that "the opposition bloc reform on Fayadh is not political or incompetence, but personal reasons, and in the case we have given them any candidate name without discrimination except Fayadh will agree immediately." 

    He continued, "The differences of representatives of the Kurds on the candidate of justice and representatives of the Sunni component on the defense candidate was one of the reasons for the imbalance of the voting sessions on the candidates, and in a case resolved the differences of those parties, it is possible to complete the quorum and pass the remaining ministries with ease.

    The House of Representatives voted in its session held on Monday, December 24, 2018 to pass the candidates of the Ministries of Immigration and Education in the fall of the candidate of the Ministry of Defense Faisal Fanar Jarba and the candidates were not offered the Ministries of Interior and Justice for the lack of quorum to vote after the withdrawal of deputies of the bloc reform and reconstruction.
