Planning Ministry confirmed that the ministries spent more than 86 percent of the total investment budget, with the provinces spent 59 percent within the program of development of the regions last year 2013.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Planning Abdul-Zahra al-Hindawi (morning), that the total expense of actual ministries within the investment budget for last year 2013 exceeded 86 percent, while the percentage of expense actual provinces within the framework of the program of development of the regions 59 percent.
The previous year's budget amounted to 138 trillion dinars, and the proportion of the deficit by nearly 18 trillion dinars, based on the price per barrel of oil of $ 90 to export 2.9 million barrels per day.
