The head of the Committee of Martyrs, Victims and Political Prisoners Khalaf Abdul Samad, on Monday, the return of some of the "Baathists" to their posts through the gate of national reconciliation, stressing that their appointments are invalid and will be excluded for inclusion in the procedures of accountability and justice.
"The national reconciliation included the return of a number of Baathists who were threatening to target the people by car bombs," Abdul Samad said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah. "There are two types of people who have been excluded for a period of time, some dealing with or accepting the political process Or continue terrorism where they were accepted under the pretext of national reconciliation. "
He said Abdul Samad, "Some others have been appointed contrary to the law and here lies our role in the exclusion of any person covered by the procedures of accountability and justice," stressing that "these appointments are invalid unless you get an exception from the Department of Accountability and Justice."
