    MP for the coalition of state law Mansour Baaja, Tuesday, the prime minister called [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]to intervene personally and instruct the Finance Minister Fuad Hussein not to pay any financial dues to the Kurdistan region if oil was not handed over to the federal government, according to the oil agreement between the province and the center 
    "The Minister of Finance has paid financial dues to the region without handing over the center of one barrel of oil and this is a legal violation can not be tolerated completely and the Prime Minister to intervene to stop this farce , " said Baiji in a statement received.
    He added that "any financial dues paid to the region without the delivery of oil is a theft of the money of our provinces and as representatives of the Iraqi people, we demand the Prime Minister to stop paying the money to the region until they handed over to the federal government and according to the oil agreement in this year's budget." 
    Al-Baiji said that "it is unreasonable to hand over the oil money of our oil producing provinces to the region and they are exporting oil as they solve them and not handing over the government one barrel of oil and demanding a budget from the federal government so must intervene quickly by the Prime Minister and stop the payment of funds until the handover to the region Map The federal government to ensure the rights of our provinces away from any compliments at the expense of our provinces.
