Oil production in Libya continues to decline, and losses of oilfields and oilfield closures exceed $ 1.7 billion

The Libyan National Oil Corporation said in a statement that crude production in Libya fell to 123.5 thousand barrels per day by Tuesday, February 18.
The statement added that the losses resulting from the closure of oil fields, ports and pipelines exceeded 1.7 billion dollars.
The establishment renewed its calls to end "irresponsible and illegal closings of its facilities and allow it to resume production operations immediately."
