[size=45]According to a document, “the exemption orders included Adel Najeh Abbas Muhammad Al-Fatlawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Scientific Affairs, Falah Mahmoud Ahmed Al-Qaisi / Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Administrative Affairs, Omid Mustafa Abdullah Mustafa / Educational Advisor in the Ministry of Education, and Safaa Lafta Younis Saleh / Educational Advisor in Ministry of Education".[/size]
[size=45]It also included Talib Abdullah Bayesh Jaber Al-Saad/ Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Technical Affairs, Saad Bashir Iskandar Malik/ Advisor at the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Kamiran Ali Hassan Mustafa Belbas/ Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Abdul Rahman Hassan Khaled Al-Luwaizi/ Undersecretary.
