Approval of the Implementing Regulations of the federal budget for fiscal year 2013

Announced the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, said the council decided at its second regular session held on 02.04.2013 approving the Implementing Regulations of the federal budget for fiscal year 2013. And the Office of Government Communications and Information Affairs Department, citing cabinet resolution No. 128 was based on the provisions of Article (30) of the Federal Budget Law No. (7) for the year 2013.
And included instructions prepared in accordance with the provisions of the budget law controls necessary to coordinate the powers of the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry and the provincial councils and offices of inspectors general in the use of the approved allocations in the budget, and the powers of the implementation of the capital expenditure projects and the Angels.
The House of Representatives passed the federal budget for the fiscal 2013 financial year at its meeting held on 07.03.2013.
