    in a related development , Karbala Provincial Council gave the displaced people of Anbar all Aqditha and its environs, including the city of Fallujah , one month to leave the city and return to their original places. 
    the head of the Karbala Nassif Provincial Council rhetorical, in a press statement, that " the Karbala Provincial Council voted unanimously on a resolution the return of all displaced people coming to Karbala. " "The decision includes displaced people who liberated their areas , " he said , adding that the decision "came from in order to keep the security situation in Iraq in general and the city of Karbala in particular." 
    He explained Khattabi said the decision " is designed to encourage these people to contribute to the revival of the liberated areas and to contribute to building them, "adding that the reasons for the decision" miss anopportunity to the enemies who are trying to bring about a demographic change in the country. " 
    for his part , Mahfouz al - Tamimi, head of the legal committee in the provincial council in Karbala, for (AFP), said the decision to re - displaced "came in response to claims of the displaced themselves." 
    said Tamimi , "many of the displaced people of Anbar have returned on their own even before the issuance ofthis resolution , " which he said "will be carried out voluntarily and not compulsory in coordination with thesecurity agencies and local authorities in Anbar." 
    he said local official decision "includes displaced Anbar all Aqditha and its environs , including the city ofFallujah, and displaced from Nineveh province includes who is not freed their cities so far." 
    Tamimi said that the decision " is designed to support and install the security situation in Anbar through theparticipation of people in the region to maintain security and keep strangers about their towns and reconstruction ", he underlined that the decision" will be carried out within one month on the force and theendorsement of the governor of Karbala , "without specifying a time limit for its implementation.
