    Baghdad 's deputy governor Jassim Alboukhata said in an interview with the (long - Presse ), said that " theprovince has reached an impasse with the Ministry of the Interior on Saqr Baghdad project, prompting theprovincial council to vote on the stop , " noting that " the provincial council in front of two options: first , to reformulate the project contract and convince the Interior Ministry to supervise him, or cancellation of thecontract final, where he is still conservative management of waiting for the final decision on the subject. " 
    Alboukhata he added that" the project is still pending , "pointing to" the existence of extensive studies into theprovince to find a compromise solution that would satisfy the affected citizens and the Interior Ministry. " 
    for his part, the head of the security committee in the House Baghdad governorate Mohammed Jawabraua in an interview to the (long - Presse), " the Council decided to end the month of August, the discontinuation of the project Saqr Baghdad , " denying "the existence of any negotiations to rewrite the contract for resuming it again." Jawabraua "The contract between the province and the executing company includes a lot of weak points of the big legal irregularities and even linguistic errors, as well as it has not received the approval of theprovincial council and internal communications and the ministries , " stressing that "the Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi was not aware of the details of the contract and the nature of the work the company, though ,issued a directive for the Baghdad operations command , the success of the project. " 
    he revealed Jawabraua that" the series of meetings between the Baghdad governorate and the Ministry of theInterior and the company executing the project failed to find an agreement because of the objection of the Ministry of Interior it, but the administration of the province insisted on the contract with the company and began to work in the project , "adding that" the provincial council recorded several violations of the law of the contract , including the collection of funds by the company prior to the completion of the installation of its equipment, and they inevitably lead to the integrity Commission can not conclude any contract with them. "

"
