Trade Minister discuss with the Jordanian ambassador the possibility of increasing trade exchange

Baghdad (news) .. The Minister of Trade Khairallah Hassan Babiker, on the need to strengthen economic and trade relations between Iraq and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on all levels.
This came during a meeting with the minister today the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Jordan to Iraq Mohammed Mustafa Goran, and the delegation accompanying him, and the two sides discussed ways to strengthen and develop economic and trade relations between the two countries, including in the interest of the two peoples of Iraq and Jordan.
A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: The two sides discussed the possibility of the exchange of visits between the two countries by the private sector industrial and commercial revitalization import and export operations and mutual study aspects of bilateral cooperation, it was agreed to send a trade delegation representing the private sector of both countries in the near future.
According to the ministry, the volume of trade exchange between Iraq and Jordan $ 461 million for the first eight months of 2012 as the value of Jordanian exports to Iraq of $ 600 million and the value of Iraqi exports to Jordan $ 139 million. / End / j. N /
