" 
    explained the teacher, said that" the ministry has worked on the referral of all areas of Baghdad in the Karkh and Rusafa and all the areas of Basra, Karbala and Amarah and Nasiriyah, Samawah, Samarra , and 50% of Kut, in addition to providing companies on the rest of the provinces in Babylon and Najaf , "and expressed hope that" up areas refer to 80% of the parts of Iraq at the end of this year. "
