    Graduates from the faculties of law students in the capital , Baghdad, on Monday, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the concerned authorities to find jobs for thousands of graduates of these colleges. They noted that the decline in rates is threatening legal profession to the large number of unemployed certificates campaign. 

    In turn , it called on lawyers and the Ministry of Education Association to raise the ceiling rates commensurate with the profession. 
    He says the lawyer , Ahmed al - Saadi (range) that "the most important problems facing the lawyers at the present time is the increasing number of lawyers and easy access to the faculties of law after he was one of the toughest colleges where the student accepts only after receiving a good rate." 
    He said al - Saadi said " the phenomenon to get a place in the Faculty of Law, is a new phenomenon occurred after the change years, especially after the opening of a civil colleges and increasing the number of law schools in the state universities and the opening evening colleges, as well as sections of the law in the community colleges that go out every year thousands of lawyers ". 
    And holds a young lawyer , "community colleges responsible for the accumulation of these human numbers of lawyers and the loss sedate profession and human rights through its acceptance of all students with the falling rates of up L58% in the legal departments", describing what is happening as a disaster. 
    In the same context, lawyer Ali Al - Shammari said that " the main reason for the increasing number of graduates of law schools are community colleges that thousands of graduates graduated from the law every year." " The physical benefits are the main concern of the civil colleges only concerned with , which is reflected negatively on the reality of the profession human rights." 
    Shammari said in an interview with the (term) that "some members of the House of Representatives and employees of other ministries of law graduates without identity union and this is another reason for the increasing number of lawyers." 
    He said Iraqi lawyer that " the bar could circulate its members working in the ministries and state institutions all the names to see who is an employee of them and take the necessary action against him , " noting that " the union forbids its members to exercise the profession if Mova was in government circles." 
    During the presence of sweeteners (range) in a Baghdad lawyer appealed to the courts Zainab Ali competent authorities of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research and the bar need to reduce the phenomenon of increase in the number of lawyers and law graduates. The lawyer said Zainab Ali " The number of lawyers in some rooms assignment of counsel in Baghdad more than hundreds and this is to be a solution to him." 
    She said Ali's (term) that " the Bar Association earlier put forward proposals and controls and checks affiliation through legislation , law attorney, but unfortunately has the face of these proposals that limit the phenomenon of rejection of some of those affected." 
    For its part demanded that the Iraqi Bar Association and the Ministry of Higher Education to raise acceptance rates in the law schools to reduce the large numbers of graduates of these colleges. 
    Said Mohammed al - Faisal, head of the Iraqi lawyers, in a press statement that " the legal profession , the profession of noble its traditions and qualifications of international norms and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research have been taken to reduce the acceptance rates of the faculties of law is not commensurate with the importance of the legal profession and which led to the graduation of a large cohort of graduates It is qualified to practice the profession relating to the rights and freedoms of the funds and the reluctance of the people. " 
    He said al - Faisal said " the Bar Association demanding the lifting of acceptance rates in the faculties of government law and acceptance rates at community colleges , including at least five degrees of government colleges for the purpose of putting an end and the controls for the graduation of lawyers qualified to represent the legal profession and contribute to building a state of law to be." 
    In turn , the Ministry of Higher Education confirmed that setting a specific roadmap on how to acceptance in the sections of law at community colleges, noting that the central admission is structured to accept students in public universities 
    , said Haider Aboudi, a spokesman for the ministry told the (range), " The rates standards vary from year to year, depending on market variables and the enthusiasm of the students on the competencies required and desired. " 
    The slave continued that " the ministry has set a minimum for submission to the sections of the law at community colleges rate of 60% and this does not mean acceptance , " noting that " the issue is subject to the process of competition between students for occupancy rates section jurist seats." 
    The spokesman for the Ministry of Education to the ministry , "Do not put a certain order of admission in government colleges but admission is the central organizer of accepting students in it ."
