     Baghdad residents complain prevalent randomly assigned to positions of civil cars "garages". Garages and resort operators to the demolition of certain properties and turn them into parking lots, which some attributed it to increase the number of cars on the streets, while others attributed the lack of government positions.

    And on this phenomenon , which is now haunt the lives of Baghdadis, Hakeem Abdul Zahra says, a spokesman for the Baghdad Municipality, (range) , "Everyone agrees that the existing garages in the capital can not be found sufficient number of cars, which is getting double digit." He said Abdul Zahra said "Garages recently increased their numbers so that a lot of the homes have been sold and turned into garages, but all this is in accordance with the conditions and regulations are developed by the Municipality of the capital , " noting that "part of the conditions to prevent opening a garage near a major intersection in order to prevent congestion. " 
    He continued , spokesman for the secretariat of the capital that "Property Department must give approval to convert the house into a garage, in addition to the presence of my revealed by the secretariat, as well as the knowledge of the owner of the house and the existence of a contract of sale to the beneficiary." He said Abdul - Zahra " The Secretariat presented a lot of public spaces for the purpose of turning them into multi - storey garage, but we have not seen an encouragement by investors as did the Secretariat receives a real project for the purpose of approval , " pointing out that "these squares in several areas Kalkradh and Kadhimiya , including in the area Erkh near retirement circle. " For his part , asserts Brigadier General Saad Maan, spokesman for the Interior Ministry, in an interview (term) that "opening the garage is not easy, because it includes many controls in order to prevent security breaches." 
    He explained Maan "from within the regulations imposed on the owner of the garage are surveillance cameras as well as all his cards fundamentalism for the purpose of obtaining formal approval to him." He said Interior Ministry spokesman said "any garage Ataatovr by these conditions are close it immediately , " he said , adding that " the operations of Baghdad has field teams, work monitoring the work of garages and reveal the controls imposed on the owner of the garage . " He pointed Ma'an that "in the event of operations terrorist inside the garage, most owners of these places can not stand the responsibility for the harm they are giving cars they arrived remember writing it not be held responsible for any incident that affects the car due to a security breach. " The Alboukhata Jassim, the deputy governor of Baghdad, has recently said that the exploitation of the streets of Baghdad for car parking are displayed flawed and detrimental to Iraq and its people as carried out by gangs does not behave as legal ways to get yards stand.
