    [ltr]Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, on Thursday, that the elements of the organization "Daesh" Foreigners do not represent their countries, but they are outlaws, while pointing out that the Iraqi Tunisian relations will see up through the next phase.[/ltr]
